Last year marked their 50th anniversary, marked by multiple awareness events to spotlight the Association’s efforts in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with intellectual disabilities. They organised a solidarity concert, a charity race, a special education day and an institutional event. To wrap up the 50th anniversary on 22 December, a special event was held for all the workers who are the backbone of the Association. The event featured an improvisation show by the Subit company, followed by catering around 9 pm, team games and dancing. All events occurred at their facilities; JISO Iluminación contributed by donating several spotlights to illuminate these installations and support the Association’s admirable work. Congratulations, here’s to another 50 years.
